The samurai used to drink it before battle and it has remained a spiritual ceremonial practice known as "sado" to this day. Our premium variety has a unique and fragrant aroma and strong umami flavor with a slight sweetness.
LION'S MANE MUSHROOM (USA) - Lion’s mane mushrooms, also known as hou tou gu or yamabushitake, are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resembles a lion’s mane as they grow. Acting as a potent cognitive enhancer, it works to improve memory retention and mental clarity over consistent and long term use.
REISHI MUSHROOM (USA) - The reishi mushroom may be the most versatile and dynamic mushrooms known in terms of its powerful healing properties and overall efficacy. CORDYCEPS MUSHROOM (USA) - Cordyceps mushrooms have long, finger-like bodies and are usually a brown or orangish-brown color.
